This costume was made for a huge group of Walking Dead/Disney crossovers, based on fanart by Kasami-Sensei on Deviantart. I then took it to Horseshoe Canyon with me to shoot on horseback - the most fun cosplay shoot I’ve ever done! I want to do more equestrian cosplays in future; combining my two loves in the best way.

I made the shirt myself, the rest were things I already owned - then covered in fake blood, because weathering is the best part of any apocalyptic cosplay!

Cosplaying in groups with friends is one of my absolute favourite ways to cosplay. It’s an amazing feeling when everything comes together and you have full character groups - both because you get to take fun group pictures, and because you’re sharing the love of a fandom with the people you care about! Plus, it looks super impressive on the con floor if you’ve got 5+ people all matching and looking great.
